You can apply a lot of what he teaches you guys to kick boxing. I've been wanting to work on my power for punching, and I think this video could apply directly to us. Since watching one of his videos about correct back squat technique I've even been getting more extension in my roundhouse.
And another thing; when I tried that last exercise you show here at the gym yesterday, I almost got my ass kicked by a bigger guy for not using the bar "correct"...
@PilotCube that "bigger guy" is an idiot. exercises done using the bar that way will not hurt it in any way. be careful of what type of floor/wall you put it against though because if the bar is harder than the backing it may damage the surface.
@democratusnostradams I'm not Elliot or anywhere on the earth near as knowledgable, but I'd say these core exercises shown wouldn't be a million miles away. I know when you perform a punch it's from the legs upwards with the core being involved. As said though, not an expert but just offering my input which could be correct. Awesome videos as usual man.
