Just surfed with CC in Mex. He still RIPS like you wouldn't believe. Totally chill and very approachable. Not the lest bit of pretentiousness. Doesn't fight you for waves and is stoked for you to catch a nice one. And, when he says go... you go!! Check out his web site!

Darwins Friend- this guy was an awesome surfer in his day, one thing you cannot call him is a phony, he shredded for his day, he beat alot of the most famous surfers of all time in competition, surfed big waves without a leash, the whole 9 yards and you call him a kook?

The dudes had his day. That would be why he dosent surf. But i know he used to. Like in i said in my vid comment: he nd my grandpa surfed togrther as teens. But hey uce got ur opinion so no big. PS. H.B. kicks ass!
