@donnerpartysf Using a Roth may not be the best option unless the brokerage was willing to lend against the account. I doubt Charles Schwab would allow you that much flexibility.
I watched videos 1 and 2 but this was foreign language to me... but judging from the other videos I know this is very important...is there anything i could check out that would better help me to understand this vid?
