This song is a true masterpiece oh wait.... THIS WHOLE ALBUM IS A MASTERPIECE!!! It's like my 4th favorite album ever! This album has a great message as well most of it is about dealing with inner demons the struggle between right and wrong the fight between good and evil and trying to overcome that fight such a true message that everyone goes like everyday RED rules!

@DevilsVegeance I agree 100%, if the message is good, who cares if it is coming out of a secular band (I'm a Christian). If I can relate their music to my faith, if others can relate Christian bands' music to their struggles, then more power to them. Its about impacting the world with a good message, a message of hope. If a secular band has a song about getting out of addiction or telling people that there is more to life then what their facing, I can look to God while others look elsewhere.

I love Red, I have been raised as a Christian and I still find some faith crisises in my life. It's not easy believing in something (anything).
I don't have all the answers and never will, I only hope that in my walk with Christ I will be the good and happy person that I strive to be. His will and grace has gotten me through the tough times in my life. All I can say to anyone that does not believe, or finds it hard to believe, to just give it a try.
This song always cheers me up, reminds me of what I went through and how its all changed. Makes me feel better to hear everyone elses stories here too.

btw, probably my obsession of power and knowledge doesn't help the case much. that's my problem with faith. i can't believe in something i have no chance to fully understand.
so go on and be happy with your faith. be happy to have defeated yourself, your pride and you can believe.

I love Red, I have been raised as a Christian and I still find some faith crisises in my life. It's not easy believing in something (anything).
I don't have all the answers and never will, I only hope that in my walk with Christ I will be the good and happy person that I strive to be. His will and grace has gotten me through the tough times in my life. All I can say to anyone that does not believe, or finds it hard to believe, to just give it a try.

An opinion = one in a million. Leave it alone. Let them have the right to suggest and say. A waste of time to try and disagree or make a big deal over what he/she may think. Especially over the net. It's a really good song. As to what and why, im sure we all can relate would be the main reason.

Breaking Benjamin's a good band :). You might like them, even though they aren't a Christian band like Red. :P.
As for actual Red, I absolutely LOVE this band, their vocalist's voice is stunning, and so beautiful. Red for life :).

Okay, I just wanna say to all the religious folks commenting on here saying, "God inspired Red to make awesome music. Thank you God." or "God makes this music great.", fuck off. Seriously, why does it have to be a god of some kind? Maybe they are just great musicians, did you ever think of that? I'm an Atheist and I love Red. If it's all God inspired, then how does that work?

I would say someone is asking someone they hurt or did something to for another chance. THey made a mistake or mistakes and wants to make amends. A chance to Start Again.

Ok cut that out, millions have died in the name of the christian God, it doesn't make your faith any more or less noble than the muslim faiths. Do radical christians have the same "relationship with God"? or how about moderate muslims?

you are mistaken to attack Islam. Radical Islamic Fundamentalists...how should i put it...have no clue about the Quran or Islam for that matter. Islam is very similar to Judaism and Christianity in belief and in God. But yea the radicals are insane but there are some "Christian" nutcases too.
