Storyline weak, might be..... But one must see a good Film Noir at least twice. Once (or more) just for the atmosphere and once for the story itself. What a splendit locations you've found especially the station where you (after chasing the woman) see righttrough in a empty luggage- shed (or whatso ever).
Nice film. You had some great shots, like the intro of the femme fatale, but there were some issues I would like to point out. First off, that's a horrible hat. Secondly, that music did not fit very well. And finally, I didn't think the British accents fit this very American genre, but as you only had your British friends to choose from, I understand why it had to be that way. Apart from that it was very good. I just made a film noir short myself, in Prague, and would love some feedback as well.
@neoshenlong Wow, thankyou! I'm honoured you were inspired to take on the Film noir genre. Remember, film noir is heavily dialogue based so make sure you give your script some real thought. Also, you should be really putting an emphasis on the shadow imagery. Well, good luck with your project, if you need any advice just give me a shout and I can't wait to see the finished product, good luck!
if i can make a suggestion...next time you should use more somber, brassy songs. u know with trumpets and horns. i think that would go great with what your trying to accomplish
This seems a bit more like a regular film in black and white as opposed to a film noir. You need more shadows, more contrast, and less grays. I like a lot of the unorthodox angles though. And I really like the closing line.
@Comixfreak Thankyou Comixfreak, I'm really glad you enjoyed it. I will be posting up a music video which I recently made very soon so glad you subbed :)

Il pass that onto my actor. Id rather you comment on the actual video itself though as opposed to what things 'look' like.

I apologize then, the actor lying on a bed looks like a douchebag.
