@lastshadowmonkeys if your device is an HTC phone with 600 MHz CPU or more, it should work fine.

Meh.... I prefer the bounceback and I find scrolling in the apps menu to be choppy....

I'd also rather have a Windows 7-esque lower bar.... that would be neat but I guess it would need hardware acceleration...

Just go over to XDA-developers. There is a easy to follow guide on how to flash. But beware that flashing does void your warrenty.

Yeah...I get a lot of handy registry tweaks and stuff from the XDA forum. I'm just really scared of bricking my phone trying to flash a ROM.

That really is fast. I'm running the new stock 6.5 with Sense 2.1 on my TP2 and it's slow as hell. Locking my phone takes around 3 seconds and sometimes I wonder if i've even pressed the button correctly and on this ROM it's instant.

I'm really lovin' what microsoft is doing, finally sprucing up the whole OS.  Now all they need to to is revamp, window media player mobile, office mobile, mail, and sms. Can't Wait for OS 6.5.1

Flashing custom ROMs, such as this one, will void your warranty. But, there ae guides to return all aspects of your device to Stock, so you can return it and nobody will ever know you voided your warranty.

Once again, the scrollbars are part of the theme. You're using one of Shadowline's ROMs, and are using one of his themes. These themes skin the scrollbars, and other parts of WM. You can test this yourself by changing the theme to Classic Blue. Otherwise, nice video.

Performance is always welcome! IMHO after owning a fuze, I could care less if the UI looked symbian-esque, just as long as it doesn't take forever-and-a-half to start and stop apps.
