  • great demo.

  • Check this tutorial /watch?v=i0vxOZ6nGs8

  • lol man is that rly the best 'wobble' bass u can get out of that thing? weak.

  • Dude, this tutorial is put together very well! Great job! I love how you have two cameras, too! It really adds a lot.

  • i find it's better to use the CUTOFF knob with overdrive or distortion and create the wobble bass manually. you'll be neck-deep in tang.

  • great to see these grooveboxes going strong, I use mine as a sequencer (rock solid) for all my analog synths - but as your videos show you can get great sounds out of them too; they're a bargain too...got mine for 100 euro. Once you get your head around the edit and create functions you won't look back.

  • Hahaha! Where's your wobble man ?!!!!

  • Thanks man, this video really helps me!

  • дроч

  • hello my name is javier digitaljosh'm from Argentina and need some tutorial to use my yamaha RM1X in cubase or nuendio. very good thank you very much your videos

  • yeah but i want to begin with making drum n bass.

so for my birthday i want to ask the rm1x or the mc 505.

    witch one should i ask?

  • I love my RM1X, but it's hard to learn at 1st. They're both GREAT!

  • I'll chime in, here. I just sold my RM1x on eBay. I liked it, and some of the sounds, but if I buy another device like this, I'll get the MC-505. Why? Because I borrowed one from a friend before I got the RM1x, and it was much easier to create on, it has 4 outputs IIRC, has the gimmicky light sensor thing, and something else but I completely forget what... I like Yamaha, but it always felt tedious to create with in comparison.

  • I remember it now... Arpeggio. The Arp in the RM1x is terrible! At least in comparison to the MC-505.

Also, I'd probably save up for an MC-909. I almost got an MC-307 instead of the RM1x, but there was some reason I chose not to, and can't recall what.. In any case, I much preferred the MC-505 in the weeks I had one in my possession.

  • what s better mc 505 or rm1x

  • I like the 505's sounds better. I like the RM1X's sequencer better. They're both pretty cool.

  • Sorry Bro, just turn up your volume. lol

  • will do fella.still has some nice sounds there tho

  • great instruction!! the RM1X is a good machine you can always dig more stuff out of it. thankxxx!!

  • HEY DIG.

which is best teh 505 or the rm1x ?

    please let me know.

  • 505 sounds better IMO. RM1X is easier to program IMO. RM1X is easier to use with midi, but then again 505 sounds better IMO. They are both good machines.

  • nice stuff the sounds are SWEET... the atack should be a bit slower when played live. or just program the filter ( the RM1X's sequencer is digital BEEF cheap and fills the gap) wich is how its mainly done getting varying speeds 1/4 1/8 1/16 etc etc.. i really want an rm1x but currently building a arduinome 128 in a flightcase.. send a vid of some programming if you like? i would like hear some

"wub wub wub wubwubwub wub's" haha

  • Thank you very much for the info. I have the RM1X for more than 5 months and I'm still learning how to use it full power.

    Keep posting please. Best regards

  • Thank you so much! :D
