You know the phrase: Ignorance is Bliss? When I first started playing Minecraft, that was a huge part to me. That's what made it fun. I'm not sounding mean, but when I started getting all technical in Minecraft (knowing certain amounts of hits, glitches, etc.) it kind of ruined the fun in it. It's still a fun game, nonetheless, and I've played it since 2009. I remember @Mastatsan doing a "Let's Play: Minecraft" waaay before most of the popular Youtubers did, he made his video like before Indev.

Mojang code in Java, a fairly easy language to learn, whereas all the games you'll play ie Cod because you're probably 12 are coded in more complex languages like C++ etc. Big money companies like Bethesda or EA have the money to hire talented coders, so inevitably they're going to have superior coders to Mojang.

The Scrolls debacle is stupid and points to everything wrong with the bureaucracy that makes up law systems.

Somebody wants money for something someone else made and that's just wrong so laws are built to protect against that. Then we get stuff like this.
