Flawless. Try playing it with more rubato, though--slow it down or speed it up to put emphasis on some parts, maybe add some dynamics, and try pausing briefly at 1:53 for extra effect.
Yeah I'm very traditional in this sense. =P I sometimes hear versions completely different from mine and I don't like the speeding and slowing style at random parts. ^^ But that depends on my mood too, sometimes I do that. xD Thanks for the advice though. :D
Well I can't play it as well as that robot woman from the show. XDD She's so crazy! As for this piece, it didn't take me long really, it's a pretty simple and slow piece. :)
I'm not that a big fan to actually remember their names... And it's been years since I last saw it, and since I watch dozens of animes yearly, I don't really remember any of the character names. =P
Aww I'm really sorry, but I can barely upload new videos, let alone make tutorials. I have an old camera which I put on a chair with about dozens of books, so the entire set is totally improvised. ^^; And I'm rarely alone at home to make the videos, cause the camera has a crazy microphone that hears everything in the flat.
Thank you. ^^ Some of the songs in the toon were very melancholic, like this one. It kinda reminds me of the old detective NY stories. Makes me feel like I'm in NY at night. :)
@Draconis456 : i think this OST is directly inspired from Blade Runner.
If u remember the scenes in the apartment with Ford and Young... was almost the same melancholic theme... and the "Stand a chance" sounds really like the Vangelis end credits theme :)
nicely played... i've been look for this version.... i can already play Evolution but i wanted this one which sounds similar to the version played on sax just found the sheets so im gonna learn it and use your video as a reference
thanks ^^ glad you liked my version, I tried to play that crazy song the female robot loves to play on the piano in the anime =P the super fast one, but my fingers fail me on that one haha XD well good luck to you with the sheet music :)
the clarinet? hmmm I'm really not sure if anyone transcribed it for clarinet. you can try searching on Josh's page, in my video comment, or try google search for anime sheet music, Ichigo's site is good too
@proteus1978 It's spot on if you ask me, it sounded different because he played B natural instead of B flat on some of the arpeggios. His dynamics were also slightly different. Listening to the original while reading over the sheet music shows that the arranger has great hearing skills.
@Zodiarkz I was wondering if anyone else noticed that too, that the B natural was played in too many of the arpeggios. Otherwise this was right on for Apologize. :)
Wow spot on.

Hmm didn't know it sounded like Vangelis. ^^ Well I guess they used some inspiration from it then. ;)

Good playing but it is not the same as the song/off in parts.
proteus1978 2 years ago
well as I know it, it's the same as in anime, though the transciber may have change it a bit to suit the piano ^^
