  • Beautiful music and pictures!

  • Thanks. I'm going to try to upload another video on Dows Lake today.

  • Excellent video! What movie progam did you use? I was down to see the tulips yesterday and posted a short clip. They certainly are a nice addition to the city...thanks for sharing

  • Thanks. I used Photo Story 3 for that one but I usually use another program.

  • Owesome. The tulips were first planted by the Ottomans in Anatolia. It has spreaded to Europe when the emperor Kanuni Sultan Süleyman has sent some tulips to one of his Austrian friend.

  • And Ottawa was introduced to the flower by the late Queen Juliana of the Netherlands, who gave 100,000 tulips in 1945 to thank the city for receiving her family during the second world war and temporarily passing a motion to proclaim some of the Ottawa Civic Hospital Dutch soil, for Princess Margriet's birth. FYI for non Ottawa residents.

  • Fine video! That reminds me of Unglee !

  • Sorry for the late reply. Had to google Unglee :)

  • The tulip festival will concentrate on smaller acts this year but Bluesfest is expanding this year, considerably, with Bob Dylan, George Thorogood & The Destroyers, INXS, The White Stripes, Blue Rodeo and Hedley. This one starts right after Canada Day, where you can see a bunch of free concerts all over the place.

  • That is very nice:):)

  • Thanks.

  • Very, very lovely & restful! Thanks for sharing!5 starz!!

  • Glad you liked it. The quality of the video suffered a bit in its conversion to flash here on Youtube but it's still o.k.
