I shit you not, I was the Merc from 0:55 to 1:06, I was RC testing for the TS team as were many others. This trailer brings back so much nostalgia.

I remember 2.1 in its prime ... what a blast. Ill always remember playing in Dr_b's 24/7 (almost always) lobby.... until RP servers killed the fucking game off with their cancer. 3.0 was the nail in the coffin, too much change for too little benefit. Oh well, the good old times were fun. Runnin around no hud on with akimbo barretas or going 7:1 with the UMP just for shits and giggles.... Sometimes ill still get a dozen buddies together for a LAN party of this gem.

Wow I think the last time I ever played this game when It was at its prime. I was 15-16 years old. Now im turning 22. Just for those of you who dont know how old this game it. It would be epic if you guys brought it back. I remember playing the RP on the Mecklenburg map. I think the Server was Nukesilo or something. Man that was a long time ago. Back when there was an In N Out on the map LOL. Good times! If it was brought back and became popular again I'd do it again.

Yeah, instead of just doing a final tweak on 2.1's guns, Morfeo instead decided to completely redo all of the guns. 3.0 was a disaster tbh. It should have been just a final polishing on 2.1 with some extra features and instead turned into a clusterfuck. I still can't play 3.0 without getting raged due to it bringing back memories of the initial start of the work on 3.0.

2.1 is way better than 3.0. since 3.0 has some kind of error with the vgui. inevitebly making it crash and unusable to all players at some point.
