Carlos is a Mercant, working for Umbrellas Security Service. He appers in RE3: Nemesis, helping Jill and later escaping with her.

Alfred isn't gay, allthough Leggy shows him like that. After Alexia got into her 15 jears long sleep, he became insane and his mind created an Alexia-like person. This "Alexia" often took compleatly control over Alfreds body, and of course dressed like her.
