you talk about the direction of action in each clip , then you do the opposit in your ending by going out screen 3:55 left then going in from the left 4:00 ie moving right
i have a problem cutting on action and no one understands what is the problem hope you understand guys :D so
for example, when i want to shoot a dialogue where two people are talking and i want to shoot there faces when they talk, i want to cut on action without loosing the volume of the video.IF YOU GUYS UNDERSTAND SOMETHING WRITE ME PLEASE :d:d:d
Hey , i would like to know how u do like , person 1 is at the right and then in the same vid , like u did u show the person 2 that is on the left but witouht showing the first one , do you kn ow what i mean ? how to put it toguter ? do i have to film stop and film it again ?
i came here to learn how get rid of certain parts of a video i didtn want yet i got this which if i become a film director or more serious video make i might use
you guys are so friggin brilliant, the terms are easy to understand, and my film making will improve from here on out! thanks so much, i will follow direction and have better continuity next time.
hey yah that sounds good im about to graduate and im thinkin of how i could start a career in the film industry, its been my passion since i was little..
@videomaker Why don't you post HD versions to YouTube? Is it because you want people to go to your website so bad? Because viewers such as I, do not even bother watching a video that has low quality and on top of that being advertise their website to go visit makes me not interested, perhaps if you uploaded good quality videos I might take interest.
No "thematic" editing refers to editing to convey a style or mood rather than to simply makes cuts to the beat of a soundtrack. So instead cutting together a horror scene of someone being stabbed, we shoot a bunch of random shots that give off the impression of choas, making a viewer feel as if they have just witnessed something violent. A perfect example would be the shower scene in Pyscho. We never see her get stabbed, but we feel as if we did.

This app is too bulky, too much study of interface before doing such an easy operation like cutting.
I suggest Freemake Video Converter as a perfect tool both for editing and converting

@UtaMuller The freemake site looks strange, to say the least. I wouldn't download from there if they paid me.

@CandideCAT if they paid you to download from the site, you could take the money and buy the original.

How is thematic editing actually done? Do you use a greenscreen or is it a mask?
modestykills 2 years ago
No "thematic" editing refers to editing to convey a style or mood rather than to simply makes cuts to the beat of a soundtrack.
