Yes, it's a Real Estate agent that also pays about $800 bucks a year to be a member of the Realtors Association.

over here estate agents work from shops, basically if you want to sell or buy a house, take a walk down any high street, go into the estate agents shop and they for a fee, not sure what % of the sale or selling price will act on your behalf.
Have you found a shop/store to operate your business from yet.
