One day I wanna cosplay as Axel from Kingdom Hearts, Zidane from Final Fantasy 9 and Ghirahim from LoZ Skyward Sword! I really wanna learn and make my own costumes! ^_^ Binding looks so painful. I'm small-breasted so I can get away with wearing a sports bra. Sports bras keep my breasts flat. I may bind mine if necessary even though I'm scared to ;_;

Binding this way can be really harmful guys. I wouldn't recommend it. Like abbyskarbowski said, it can lead to broken ribs and suffocation. Save yourself hospital bills by getting an actual binder- its by far safer.

OH GOD NO, YOU GUYS. ace bandages are made to compress, so every time you move or breathe while binding with them they'll contract more. that ends in broken ribs and suffocation. NOT GOOD. the only truly safe way, i'm sorry to say, is to either buy a proper chest binder or layer a couple sports bras on top of each other. please don't use the method in this video.

@AmyLeeJimDeidara Ok so that type of binding is called open chest binding and it hurts a lot. You use tape to tape your chest to the sides so that the middle looks like a male chest.

@MetalBback well binding feet has nothing to do or is viewed the same way as binding your chest. Women bind there feet for a completely different reason than why women bind there chest. This tutorial is for girls who want to cross play and is only used for a costume.

@funnycatz4ev B going to C and C and up. B going to A, A and AA are easy to bandage. A sometimes doesn't even need bandaging, just a compressing bra. ^^ Always be careful when bandaging bigger cups, you can get hurt easily. o.o

Don't push your boobs DOWN, push them slightly up. Boys have wider upper torsos and girls, pushing your boobs upwards while binding will help give the illusion you have pectorals. It sounds weird, but it's true. ^^

ace bandages are not the recommended way to bind because of the fact that they become tighter every time they're stretched and then relaxed. In the short term this isn't much of an issue, (Aside from the fact that it's harder to breathe while you're wearing them.) but in the long term, with frequent use or for long stretches of time (or both...) it can weaken your chest muscles and warp your ribcage, making it hard to breathe even when you're not wearing the bandages
