sana di ka taga doon... ako taga Bicol din but teaching in Cavite... frankly speaking that is one of the worst NSPCs that I have attended... it should have been better kung maayos ang opening parade, trophies, awarding programs and everything like pag mindanao ang naghohost na parang mardi gras ang opening at plantsado ang flow ng activities...
