My pancake recepie is:

1 cup of flour add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and some milk

2-3 eggs

a tablespoon of surgar

and a dash of cinneman

1 cup self raising flour (or normal flour and add 1 teaspoon of baking powder)

alittle over half cup milk

2-3 eggs

a pinch of table salt

a tablespoon of sugar

first i add the dry ingredients into a bowl, then i whisk the eggs with the milk and mix it with the dry mixture untill its smooth (add more milk if too thick)

And sometimes i add chocolate chips =)

@summergreen500 Yes, you could either melt it with some shortening or and little bit of oil. You melt it in the microwave or over a hot pan of water in a oven safe bowl. lol

I KNOW THIS IS LATE BUT PLEASE THUMBS THIS UP SO SHE CAN SEE!! Laura Vitale has a VERY good yet SIMPLE pancake recipe!! I've made it this morning and its perfect! She says to use the 1 to 1 ratio! Works out perfect! Recipe: 1 Cup Milk 1 Cup All purpose flour 1 Egg 1 tbsp Sugar 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking powder Let batter sit for 5 mins before cooking! Goodluck!

Tell your camera man to use a smaller aperture. He will spend less time focusing and the quality of your videos will drastically improve. Too many out of focus shots become majorly distracting. Great video nonetheless.

non-stick spray kills the teflon/non-stick coating in your pans! if it's a non-stick pan, you shouldn't have to spray it. :o) also, pancakes are ready to flip when the batter on top bubbles. that's what i was taught. thanks for the video, Kayli!
