  • Irwin's are FAMOUS for losing their rudders.

  • @svshootingstar Funny that I have researched Irwins extensively because we were about to purchase a 42 footer. There are no references to lost rudders. I guess the word "famous" must have a new meaning.

    Irwins are known for being really roomy and having a lot of amenities. They have their short comings, but all boats do, and all boats are built for an intended purpose. Use them outside that and you take risks that are moronic.

  • nice video and i love the boat, yep those dam rudders i need to totally refabricate mine before i do any blue water missions, thats the worst thing to go bad, i guess you can hang a piece of wood off the back lol, i had a coolant line break on me b4 not fun but im glad you made it back

  • Doesn't look like our trip...but fantastic anyway! I love the first song! This is the sailing I aspire to do one day, but for now I'll stick to Hobies with Sail Safaris once a year. Make sure you post our video...HAHA! EPIC! Great memories!!!
