08 on the current-gen consoles are pretty much the same as 06... With the only difference being equipment updates, roster updates, menu appearance, and a new EA Trax soundtrack. Oh, and also a shootout mini-game. NHL 08 on the PS3 and Xbox 360, however is completely different, including greatly enhanced graphics, a new control scheme, an awesome new creation zone, and improved overall gameplay.
