I would work on her reaching with each hand across her body when she is sitting up so she gets used to the trunk twisting motion (good for the brain as well). I'm thinking she will get the hang of it if she has to work for it. However, I would keep voicing your concerns if you think something might be wrong. You know best!

Is she in pain on her back? maybe thats what`s stopping her from turning over?
