Ito ang song na bagay talaga sa kanya. Pertaining to her life. Alam niyo ba na hindi nagpractice si Nora Aunor nung nirecord niya ito. Basta binigay lang yung kopya sa kanya ng song na ito, pagkatapos ay inumpisahan ng magpiano ni Doming Valdez. It was 1971, nasa Alpha Records ako at 17 pa lang ako noon. Ako pa nga ang nagbigay sakanya ng mineral water eh bago niya kantahin ito, pagkatapos ay kinanta niya yung Losing You.

I grew up listening to the songs of Nora Aunor, watching her blockbuster movies and witnessing her phenomenal rise from Tawag ng Tanghalan to supestardom, which was never equalled or surpassed by her so called rival, Vilma Santos. Even if she stps out of the limelight today, she has nothing to prove anymore. That's why there is no other star tagged as superstar. The title belongs only to her. There is and there will only be one multimedia icon, a SUPERSTAR and LEGEND in Philippine showbiz.

Hahaha. Very true. I actually played this song with my two French professors in Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, in 2008 during a PhD thesis defence of my colleague and both profs were impressed. They love Nora.
Actually Nora is more famous as an actress in France (via Bona and Himala) and they were surprised to know that she sings this well as well.

Hindi ako fan ni Nora Aunor or Vilma Santos. Pero nang marinig kong kumanta si Nora sa isang KBL rally nang live sa Luneta Park. Hindi na ako nagtataka kung bakit marami ang humahanga sa boses nang taong ito. Napakaganda at buong-buo. Hindi ko mai-describe kung ano ang naramdaman ko at that time.
