I didn't think she was good in Hairspray, she sounded like she had trouble with the score, her voice is very raspy and she sings "watch me fly" in head voice. So I doubt she could play Elle.
no but she DOES. look at how many roles she has played, and shes still only young, and like i've said before, singers in musical theatre can change thier vocal range with training, like laura bell bundy did so she could do legally blonde, you idiot.

I saw Rachael when I went to London and saw her in FAME. She was fantastic -- in fact the best part of that show. Hope she's still in WWRY when we come back in the summer, because I would kill to see her in that.
