  • You're inspirational. Really. :o)

  • I'm so proud of you Justin! Keep it up. :-)

  • been afk for a month and this is the first video i watched...dood, huge congrats on your consistency and progress! you're looking GREAT!

  • Way to go Justin!!!!! You are such an inspiration.

  • Great job Justin your such inspiration! Doesn't seem like that long ago that you made the first video talking about taking up running. To see you now & the progress you've made In what seems like a fairly short amount of time is awesome. I quit smoking & over the past 3 yrs I've slowly gained 40+ pds. You have totally motivated me to get started. Keep up the good work!

  • Freakin amazing Justin. Can't wait to see where you'll be in a few more months. Skinny town, thats where. Okay that was dumb. Because of you and Shay Ive been eating WAY better food. Making healthy choices and exercising in the morning before work. Nothing crazy and its only been a few weeks but I feel a difference already. Thanks man and KEEP IT UP!

  • it is 12:30am and I just got down and did 15 pushups. Thanks Justin!

  • @stubzTV You are the man Micah! Seriously! Proud of you buddy!

  • Thanks for the much needed encouragement! Good work! My hubby and I r overweight and we r doing the lean p90 x and it's feels good! Sometimes in need encouragement so thanks!

  • congratulations Justin!!! :)

I really need to get to start running again... I'm not overweight, but I'm not really in shape at the moment (it's harder to get myself to do stuff now that I'm in college since I don't have the sports I used to have!).

  • Justin, I'm not trying to enable you or anything, but you're a good looking fat man! Keep up the good work!

  • @MDCHicks haha! People continually tell me all the time that I "wear my weight well" haha! Thanks for the support :) haha!!

  • @ourotherplanet Like you, I was also inspired by Shay Carl to lose weight, and I've lost 50 pounds so far. Both he and you are my main inspirations for losing the weight!

  • wow, i didn't realize you were that big before. awesome job justin, keep it up!

  • this made me wanna tear up, looking at my latest video made me realize how big i've gotten from prior videos, i'm making a change, thank you Justin, you were the words that finally pushed me.

  • @MrFlyinpig Its called being awesome XD

  • Up to 4 miles already... That's awesome! And I think you've got the right attitude in not obsessing with day-by-day weight, or "counting calories," or nutritionally unsound diets. The right approach is making sure (on average) that I exercise enough so that I KNOW (without any doubt) that I burn more calories than I consume.

Also, for me, I gained the weight over several years. I didn't try to lose it all in a few weeks or months. Short term weight loss is... short term (not sustainable).

  • I am so proud of you. You are looking great!

  • you're awesome justin. keep up the good work. youre inspiring

  • Why do the fat guys end up with the hot chicks?

  • Cheap and easy...thats how i like my chocolate. What is happening!? Ha!

  • dude. you are awesome... i started running about 2 weeks ago because the weather was so nice... then it snowed... now i have to find something else to do. thanks for the inspiration and the encouragement! :]

  • It going to blow baby Johny's mind when he grows up and finds out that spoons really don't made air plane sounds

  • 4 miles someday I'll get to your level but for now i"m going to try my best. Thanks for inspiring me to get healthy as well.

  • Thank you ! Joined a gym and working on dropping weight you sir are true inspiration

  • Way 2 Go Justin, your doing great :-)

  • "shakes or potions" lol, so true!

  • Great job Justin! You always talk about nutrition when the food subject comes up. Could you elaborate on what you have been eating such as what did you have for dinner last night/today? I've been hitting the gym and I'm on week 3 now. I've been eating healthier by adding more vegetables and less fatty stuff. Just curious what your idea of nutrition is.

  • you look kinda like my brother!

  • dude. this awesome. congrats.

Also heres a documentary that is amazing. /watch?v=L_zDtdYu3mA

It's all about finding peace within! and it's a realy well done documentary!

  • And now your PHat lol had to

  • @maddy2189 haha! So awesome! I love cheesy jokes! Right on!

  • Amazing! idk if you remember a week or so ago I told you, you've inspired me.2 and a half weeks ago,and I'm 17 pounds lighter!thank you for changing my life!

  • @maddy2189 Success! Keep going! It doesn't take any potions, DVD's or books! All you gotta do is get off your butt!! Am I right?!?! Keep going and keep me posted on your journey!

  • I like how you express just to get out there and move. Walking, running is a start to being healthy..Then once you get that down, you can then start looking at better food choices. I think thats my problem. I LOVE burgers!!! I dont think I could live without them..But maybe I could work towards making it more of a reward than just a dinner choice for the night. Awesome Justin, THANK YOU!!

  • @mazzystar131 Exactly! All you need to do to start out is move around a little more. Increase that movement every week or so.. before you know it you'll crave healthy food and not have much of a taste for bad foods. Having said that I do love pizza and burgers. If you love burgers just eat one every now and then. Ditch the sauce or go very very light on the sauce. Maybe ditch the bun and use lettuce instead. I do mine on lettuce, no sauce and extra vegetables!! DELISH!!

  • UH-MAZING BROTHER!!!! You're so awesome!!

  • @BriannaMarieMusic You got it! You are the awesome one!

  • Thanks.

  • @MissFlawzz Thank you! Its nice knowing so many people are so supportive of this journey of mine! Thank you!

  • @ourotherplanet You're doing really really well! And it is inspiring! Soon I will be starting my own weight-loss goal. :)

  • Nice job man!! =D

  • @AwesomesMan Thank you! I really appreciate the encouragement!

  • Running near heavy traffic areas can be bad for your lungs, still running at all is good for your self image.

  • @keithneteng Indeed! I don't actually run on this specific road, I just shot the video on this road which is a few streets away from where I actually run.

  • the red eyes, dry lips, hood up, walking back and forth the street talking to youself made you look like a dodgy drug dealer lol jk your looking great justin keep up the hard work xx

  • @mrsmissy2011 bahahahahaha! I didn't even think of that. Everyone driving past must have thought "What the heck is that druggie filming himself for" haha! Love it!

  • Huge transformation!! Very inspirational Justin. I'm going to make 2012 a year of eating healthier foods and including more exercise. It really is a lifestyle change. Thanks for adding this video today :) You look GREAT!!

  • @mshockey73 Thank you for the kindness! 2012 is your year! Don't go crazy with it.. just start out small and make daily improvements!

  • @ourotherplanet Sounds like a good plan. Thanks :)

  • So proud of you Justin....you are such Inspiration!! Keep it up!

  • @TheEmoclew Thank you! It's a lot of work but equally as fun and rewarding!

  • I just started running last week. It is hard but people like you and Shay inspire me :) thanks

  • @Mindyishopeful Be sure to keep me posted on your results! You've got this!

  • @ourotherplanet I STARTED RUNING last week man and i stared my journey to lose weight like 3 weeks ago and i have lost 20 pounds ;D you and shay inspired me to do it and now i love running ;D

  • You're getting so skinny it's going to start to sound pompous when you make fat people jokes...

  • @Matat I know right?!?!?! There goes 90% of my jokes.. bummer :)

  • @ourotherplanet No worries! I know plenty of skinny jokes. If you need any, let me know.

  • Do you calorie count?

  • @larrydav1d Not really. I don't count much of anything really. The only think I'm a little crazy about counting is the distance I run. I step on a scale maybe every 2 or 3 weeks. I get too easily obsessed with calorie counting or the number on the scale so I tend to avoid both of those things. I try to focus on nutrition and less about calories or quantity.. if that makes sense.

  • Good Job Justin!!!

  • @Natypically Thank you! That is very kind!!

  • hi :D

  • @mitissocool hello! :)

  • Love you guys! Go Justin!!

  • @leZliestillkills Thanks! Right back atcha! You rock!
