this video was short but very helpful to me, i understood the process of stuffing the split peas into the dough very well. i made my roti with just flour and water but now i can do the stuffed ones too. Made it once and i am making some today for my in-laws. thanks so much for this video.
Great stuff...you can also try stuffing with seasoned crushed potato..really popular at the shop. basically boiled potato, crushed as if making mashed potatoes (you can also use potato flakes), add you seasonings to the mix and stuff.
@monasroti: those i did for the in-laws was a big hit, having the leftovers today, lol. i will surely try the potato stuffing, thanks again for the video.
