I don't recall what the population size was for this one was (was it 50 or so?). Actually, I like the small populations *because* of the chaotic changes :). It keeps things interesting. There are downsides too, of course.
I gather up all the creature_00000.creature files from each generation (with a batch file) and put them in the "bin" folder, renamed to "gen00000.creature" through "genNNNNN.creature". Then I change a special setting in my constants.txt file to NNNNN. Then I load the final creature, position the camera, and hit a hotkey that causes it to load each "gen" file in sequence and take a snapshot. You need a special version of 3DVCE to do it, but I'll share if you like.
why arent there many changes in the box shapes?

There it is... the infamous bouncing bunch of blocks. It certainly looks better in this video than on my computer.
I didn't realized the evolution progression was so chaotic. Do you think it's because the population size was too small during the simulation?
