actually, i've only started learning korean about a week ago

learning 한국말 took me about a few days

its still a bit difficult for me to read fluently (though i can read but i still don't understand)

now i'm learning 한국어, and still have a lot of difficulty with it.

learning a foreign lang. all by yourself really is difficult but i know i can do this.

I think the Korean people are the third & fourth people who spoke .. I realised that if any other "people" [ which I mean the western & all ] who speak korean still can't do the perfect speaking. But if it's Japan , they can speak it really perfectly as if they're koreans , because some of them live among each other.

Very interesting. Still nothing beats living in the target nation where the language is spoken. I was stationed in the ROK before I went to DLI. From learning real, natural spoken and written korean, I was able to sail through without breaking a sweat. This is a good resource. The only better ones are the schools run by Mormon missionaries and the Defense Language Institute. Keep it up.
