the best mods for this game if not any game are those that merely balance th numbers for a more realistic gameplay or those that enhance the textures and import new feasible objects, such as the globe in the previous episode, all the magic Death Shadow and Forsaken Divinity weapons and armour shit that gets flogged is crap, along with the quirky animations, practically a joke, sell a new armour set or weapon to me that requirea effort to attain, a dungeon with physics interaction perhaps ;D

I think this game show to everybody that people makes mod for pleasure, not for money, and the result is beyond any huge project. When you think about it, our way of living should be the same and the result would be beyond too.

@Lions4322 thats something im still working on myself. i recently downloaded obmm (oblivion mod manager) and i checked out some youtube vids on how to run it. it will basically put mods from tesnexus and planet elderscrolls (i for one like nexus better) in the right place. im currently compressing rens beauty pack into the manager. you should try this method ^^

You know, im afraid i got to say it, i like the mods and all that, some of them are really awesome but sometimes i think to myself i actually prefer the game how it was made, some mods just make the magic of oblivion a little too tacky for lack of a better word. The only mods i would actually take on are anything to make the sky more realistic and a few of the forest mods ive seen which double the amount of trees in the Great Forest

Plus OOO is a great mod which doesnt harm the game too much plus only adds to it. i get sick of always having steel and silver at low levels. OOO gives me other things which makes me happy :)
