The same can be said for state school with 40 plus children per class, and teachers who don't give a damn. I never received a single days one-on-one training when I was at my local comprehensive, and those who didn't make the team, were treated effectively as fodder. Now that's what I call a "screw up!"
Home schooling is hard, but when done properly, it is very rewarding. Good home-schooling breeds champions.
