@Fingolfin93 it also corrupted my proflie. what i did is wrong xbox live and said someone hacked it. the they said go onto a computer and go to hotmail. then click forgot password. then enter your email WITHOUT the .co in the email at the end. then click the next step. then go onto your xbox. go to recover gamertag and enter your email without the .CO like you did on the computer. then you should get your xbox live proflile back.OR U COULD ENTER YOUR FULL EMAIL ADDRESS DEPENDING IF IT WORKS.
