So she was made like this because she was dead, he wanted her alive. Once that was done, the memory of RIn had disappered for her to Live. HE wanted to RIn to remember everything and spent all his live doing so.

i thouth he story was about a boy left by his parents and then he made a robot, spend the rest of his entire life trying to make her a hearth and after he dyes she touches a screen and POOF she has a hearth

after that she wents outside, sees his dead body [in one version it was a grave but if it was only the 2 of them there WHO MADE THE GRAVE] cryes, sings and at the end - not able to move but with a smile on her face she dyes

@sofitssofi As far as I know, Rin was made by a scientist. He tries to make her a heart, fails, but when she reads about how hard he worked and such, she then gets her heart. Of course, it overloads her, and she short-circuits, but before she could, she sent a message through time (somehow) to the scientist thanking him and thus relieving him because he was worried he'd fail. Then he dies in piece.

As for who made the grave, maybe Rin did. Or maybe there are other humans living...>.>

From what I remember, that is what happens. Rin's program overloads but before she short circuits is able to send a message to the past thanking the scientist and making sure her past self is able to gain her own heart.

maybe an accident happened and both his wife and kid died... then he gets lonely and he taught of making the robot... he patterned the robot with his own kid... then he treated it as his own child... so he wants it to feel happiness and sadness like normal human can. the last picture clears everything... there was the scientist and his child... the woman at the back is his wife and the one running toward then is the robot, for short they were all in heaven...
