It's easier to get this ending if you are playing in co-op mode, get the card key, 2 machine guns and massacre Shiva. Or use infinite ammo cheat, it works too.

@XenophobicNeo Savestates can only be done if you immediately quit with Alt+X mid-game. Once you start the game again, you'll be in the section you quit from.

This ending makes me mad because I couldn't destroy the bomb :X and seeing all of the characters doing facepalm in front of the devastated city

You Have to Beat Shiva On the Robot X route And Not Defuse The Bomb Doing So will get you this ending

You Need To Take Either The soR1 Or soR2 Route In Order to get a good ending and fight Mr.X

@Siberianhusky89 to get this ending.you have to go to the escape level where you have to stop the bomb from blowing up(i think it's in the sor3 path,but you know which level im talking about lol).when you get there get the keycard.DON'T STOP THE BOMB FROM BLOWING UP!!!!.instead fight shiva and defeat him and you will get that ending.it don't matter what diffuculty its in
