  • it's being powered by the fan and the fan is electric. but I'm not gonna be a douche and thumbs this down i'm just gonna call it a fail.

  • hahahaahhhha this will provoque me pepetual laughing

  • It's not perpetual motion when the output/input energy is wind...

  • great quality

  • dude i like your vacumn. what kind of lens did you use?

  • you made a windmill...

  • what

  • Just Silly!

    Maybe it's meant to be!

If not, get out your old school books and stop fantazing.

  • Legit

  • o crap, just listen to us, the kids have more constructive imagination than you old mans, i´m one kid too, that´swhy i tell this to you

  • STUPID...

  • hahahahahah...very nice....it lessens my depression...like it

  • rofl im pretty sure its a joke guys

  • I use one of these to power my car, very effective and saves me a fortune!!

  • Am I the only person that sees a correlation with VERY short video's and rubbish? If I had created a true PM machine, I would buy the best camera possible, and describe it in detail for hours. At least he admitted fault, and in todays world, that is to be admired. ~Kevin~

  • lmao i thumbed up for the laughs i had.

  • If I had a nickel for every pixel in this video I would have 10 cents.

  • You are a genius! :D

  • you should hook up the spinning chair to a generator that powers the fan. infinate energy!!11!!! problem electricfaags? (trollface)

  • do you see how scientist retards don't have sense of humor? i lol'd very hard, thank you very much. ;)

  • well my wind turbine on my garage charges all my cars an i dont pay for gas ever!!!

just because i thought i could make it.

ud be amazing what you yourself can do when you want to.

btw my WT. is about 6 feet tall an about 5 feet around with 26, 6in mini turbines facing in every direction so it never needs to move to face the wind. with a magnetic inside so evan when theres no wind all the turbines still move an produce energy. it is PM bc i only had to turn 1 turbine an they all continue today

  • @monkey911t You should told us that all of your cars are radio controlled toys:)

  • Not trying to be mean or something XD But a perpetual machine WILL NOT exist, because it has been proven (Sorry - forgot the name of the Law)

The Law says that the output will always be lower than the input because of energy loss.

I want to defy this law somehow >:D

    But good job anyway :D

  • @Bearz314 I believe you were thinking about the third law of thermodynamics. It states that neither energy nor matter can be created or destroyed, they can only be transformed.

  • Well done, you've invented the propellor

  • S T U P I D ! ! !

  • nice windmill... those already exist fyi

  • Eat black bean dip for perpetual fart gas.

  • You solved the worlds energy problems!

  • tiene enrergia dah

  • congratulations, you have discovered what we refer to as wind energy. It's been in use since the early middle ages.

  • This is so good, you had better keep an eye out for the Men in Black coming to steal and bury your idea. XD

  • AMAZING!

  • lol hilarious

  • After careful analysis, this is not a perpetual motion machine because there is work being done on the system. The second law of thermodynamics rapes yet another victim.

  • Man, you have way too much time to waste =.=

  • idiot

  • omg really?

  • hahah thats dope

  • lol

  • lol

  • lmaooooooooooo

  • This is a windmill not a perpetual motion machine. :)

  • a necessity for such a machine is an extremely hard steel alloy hinge and bearing with perfect shapes, where the contacts are well oiled, or something similar to it which I can't think of

  • Hehe, nice 8) Be sure to apply for a patent before anyone else does it

  • One problem, the fan is being powered.

  • Nobel prize???? lol...vaya un flipao de la vida...perpetuals machines doesn't exist. Like Homer said: in this house, we respect Thermodynamics laws!

  • Thanks for the comments everyone!

But I'm sad to say that I may have been a bit too hasty when I announced this technological breakthrough. It's not really a perpetual motion machine because when I got back to "work" the next day, one of the A4 had somehow fallen off and the machine stopped.

  • lamo lol that's some funny shit

  • @1bustedmyth , the thing is, that fan has to be plugged in, the fans take electricity to spin, no matter what you say the idea of perpetual motion is copletely impossible, the quantaflijigety whachamacolit has nothing to do with it, newton's laws of motion even prove it wrong.

  • @pingpongponer , Noooo Noooo Noooooo

I told you there is an accumulation of Quarks, Higggs Bossons and dark matter on the paper, causing quisi magnetic implosion deuterium cavitation dihydro oxide to form and then implode, resulting in low pressure and thrust

    Put simply E=MC2

The plasma vortex created by the spinning chair causes a vacuum drawing moister and free electrons from the air, the intense harmics then cause thermolisis of the moisture, resulting in a low energy nuclear reaction

  • you are a complete idoit! thats not propetual motion thats a wind turbine!

  • Amazing !

How much do you want for the plans?

  • @1BustedMyth You do realize that it takes energy to spin the fans so that the contrapton itself isnt at all perpetual

  • @pingpongponer , Noooooooo, there is a Pyramid over the whole room extracting energy from the quantum field, causing small pockets of dark matter to form, sucking the paper around, "trust me I'm an expert"

Okay, okat, you drive a hard bargain!, $2,000 cash, my final offer!!!

  • Perpetual Motion is impossible on Earth. People don't understand.

  • @SolsticeGaming Perpetual motion is impossible anywhere. You don't understand.

  • @ThePentexSucksBalls someday i will get their and invent it

  • @ThePentexSucksBalls No. Perpetual motion can exist in an area with no resistance (ie. Vacuum) but that doesn't exist anywhere that humans know of.

  • @ScorchinBeats , Hmm.. ever imaging looking at the Solar system from above, seeing Earth orbiting the Sun at 100,000 kmh while rotating on its axis at several 1,000kmh, travelling once around the Sun in a year.

When was the last time we took it to get serviced, have the oil changed and the bearings greased? rather abnormally efficient machine, wouldn't you say.

Then you have atoms, all that spinning and vibration of each one even inside a a lump of steel, interesting huh! ;)

  • @LiamXaoh like u knew the full definition of perpetual motion

  • LOL

  • uhh?? yes and no?? the fan is being powered XD

  • @ProJectGamingStudio You just have to power the fan with the perpetual motion machine lol.

  • @ind20000 ohhh...i knew i missed something

  • @ProJectGamingStudio Clearly there is a unity+ generator in the base of the "windmill".

  • LOL

  • This just made me laugh

  • Made me laugh. Thanks gretarkarl.

  • WOW..... omg you cant be serious... lol

  • Not sure if you're serious or simply not informed. What you have invented here is what us less educated people call a "Windmill". Perpetual motion is a device that operates under it's own power with no outside influence to start or run it.

  • @rascalnd - Captain Obvious to the rescue!

  • Lol... Who are the idiots commenting as if this was a serious video? That's hilarious though dude... I wish I woulda done it.... :) Thumbs up!

  • HAHAHAHA LMAO !

  • hahaha not exactly perpetual motion but its kinda funny if you think about why this guy made this for some reason LOL haha XD

  • jajajajaja

  • in order to be perpetual the chair would need to power the fan, everyone sept you knows that!

  • Good fucking job, you made a windmill out of a chair.

    Fucking retard.

  • that is not perpetual motion!

  • Give this man a nobel prize!

  • It needs a jet engine.

  • Comment removed

  • It is not perpeptuail because you are putting energy into it.... and the energy it creates is not making more energy to move....

  • @CaptinMagic

    you r kidding!

  • @CaptinMagic wow your fuckin smart

  • @CaptinMagic i think this was a joke so your comment looks pretty stupid and still got a lot of thumbs probably because some nerds have no sence of humor.

  • @CaptinMagic lol ok mr. i take things seriously

  • Fuder VAI SE

  • you drunk???

  • Guess what, your a retard. Wind energy pushing a chair is not free energy!

  • You fucking bitch, gretakarl. You need a wind! You need electrici for fan.... This is perpetuum stabile! Noob.

  • Perpetual motion is something moving/roating indefinately after it has been started... If you take away the fan it stops.

  • Look legit to me

  • I thought we told you Eastern Europeans... or whatever you are, to stop posting videos until your video resolution creeps up to at least the quality of a North Korean Cell Phone's Video Recorder circa 1995.

  • Support Perpetual Motion. perpetual-motion.webs.com

  • the best quality seen on youtube

  • you can't make perpetual motion, peroid.

  • @MrHackEverything +1, until we find a way to get rid of friction (LOL) there will never be perpetual motion

  • @XadageX

I disagree... We can have 'perpetual' motion with friction.

Have you never seen those pendulum like perpetual motion stuff sold at novelty shops? They have very little friction, but have I agree, but if it runs for what, 200 years? Is it not perpetual enough for you? It will outlive you.

WHEN IT FRIGGIN STOPS SOMEONE TURN THE CRAK ONE MORE TIME NAD IT GOES FOR ANOTHER COUPLE HUNDRED YEARS, GREAT!

  • @srbrunoaf thats not the point, your still losing energy.... the point is to gain energy out of it. not lose :P

    btw nice with the caps

  • @XadageX

Thanks, I like CAPS ONCE IN A FRIGGIN' WHILE...

    Anyway...

I though the point was to have a machine going perpetually, you know, for the lulz...

As it is, the name of the... "challenge"... is misleading...

  • fake video... but funny.... i'll try in my office!!!!

  • i can´t belive it its working!!!!:-D

  • not perpetual motion, it's a windmill made with a chair

  • DORK

  • The whole house heard me laughing at this. Now everybody is asking why it's so funny. Thanks Karl!

  • Are you a wizard?

  • I want those 23 seconds of my life back... -_-

  • The fan needs to be on... lawl you kdding me

  • your putting more work input than output >;(

  • It's not a perpetual motion machine... it requires input from the fan.... your try=Fail sorry.

  • its not perpetual, where is the energy from the fan coming from. no such thing as 100% efficient

  • "I swear your fucking retarded" is the first thing I thought when I saw this

  • Not perpetual motion. Not even close. But hey, the idea is pretty cool, I'd say!

  • How did you do this??? You're a witch!!!

  • Prpetual works off its own energy not an external force. COME ON. do some god damn research :L:L :D:D. I like it thogh :D

  • What about when the atoms break apart and form gasses and what about what about when the power goes out

  • @Kesh789 When atoms break apart it's called fission, and first of all would not form gasses, it would form lone neutrons, protons, and electrons. unless you're talking about a group of atoms separating from each other, but still, not all of them would form a gas, Gold atoms do not form gas by themselves, nor do sodium or the like.

  • Thats called a WIND TURBINE.

  • LOL I LOLED

THIS IS thE ANSWER TO LIFE XD

  • perpetual if u have the memory of a gold fish :-)

  • That's hilarious!! XD

  • ,,,cool!

....we can power the world with this! LOL

    ...cute vid...

....next: "The secret of life" LOL LOL LOL

  • You've missed the point entirely.

  • otherwise known as a windmil using more power

  • air tight! haha

  • Dictionary check 1-2-1-2-3

  • JAJJAJAJAJAJA

    ITS AMAZIIING!!!

  • I hope that was bordom at work and they aint scientists! lol

  • ROFL :D

  • dump it.....!

  • wow.. ur a fucking GENIUS!!!

  • its a fucking office chain, get over yourselves.

also, the answer to your BS has been found in the form of crystal batteries, research them, make them.

  • what a waste of time.....

  • IT'S JUST A JOKE IDIOTS

  • ...this is a wind turbine!!! RIGHT???

  • XD the funniest part of this whole thing is the ppl commenting on it as if they r so intelligent for understanding the flaws! XD

  • @cosmicseed - It's flawed??? Don't tell me that, I'm half way through making a copy to power my house. Sigh. All that work for nothing.

  • WHAHAHAHA

  • Hahaha

  • PUT YOUR WIFE ON IT AND THEN TRY IT

  • @philipspk i like this comment. kudos to you sir.

  • @philipspk zing!

  • i couldnt stop laughing its so simple but if only there wasnt a fan XD

  • I'm positive that's zero torque.

  • It using wind power stupid

  • Did you even look up the word perpetual motion!

  • LMAO OH SHI

  • The best generator Ive seen yet :)

  • energy added

  • perpetual motion is when you get something out of nothing. this is using something, electricity. there for it is not perpetual

  • no. REALLY?

  • @TheSuperMegaSniper,

Perpetual motion is when you create more output energy than input, not "something out of nothing"

If that were the case we'd never be able to start the damn thing because that is using "something". Therefore you are a dumbass.

  • hmmmm, if only we could harness this power for good...

  • Theres a fan.. therefore it uses energy.

  • Fuckin amazing... But what happenes if the power goes out? :(

  • This is merely a proven and documented example of the fact that perpetual motion really does exist in a vacuum. The vacuum being between the inventors ears and the perpetuity being the length of time necessary to keep the chair turning until the fan motor burns out or the bearings on the chair freeze up. The neverending compilation of lame shit that people come up with, is as close to perpetual as we'll ever see in this lifetime, get used to the idea...

  • hahahahahahah

  • ROFL, thanks I needed that! Some guys need more things to do at the office, no? he he he

Make a chair that spins when you fart in it, now that would be.....

  • Just so I understand - is it impossible to build a device which can generate enough energy to run itself forever? I realise that such a thing would be pointelss, but was curious anyway.

    Thanks :)

  • WRONG.

A perpetual motion machine is a machine that can put out MORE energy than it USES, making it a self generating machine that will never stop

  • That would be a perpetual motion machine, true, but so would one which generated enough energy to keep itself going. The problem is no-one has done even this - the best attempts either lose energy slowly and appear to keep going for a longish time (but run down) OR are just fakes with some hidden power input at some point.

  • whats wrong with you people its a joke why do you have to be all serious all the time

  • At long last... the answer to the worlds energy problems. Copy and save this video before the government tries to supress this technological breakthrough!

  • hahaha nice joke ;d

  • I'm amazed that works at all! I'm really impressed and entertained. Small minds...

  • of course perpetual motion is impossible, hence why they're picking on it lol

  • hahahahaha I lold so hard wow that made my day 5starz!

    youre geniuses.

  • You cidding my, only fools ore I must be very, very drunk to belive this, you are full of shit ..............

  • a chair that's powered by a fan that is powered by electricity.

    =.=

  • That would only be considered a perpetual motion device if the chair itself was a generato
