  • is there a texture to citrosolv paper

  • Gary I just love your creativity. As a few people have mentioned they can't really be called ACEO's because they'd have to be 2.5" x 3.5" I've sold nearly 1200 ACEO's to date and they are addicting! OSWOA's are all 4" x 6".

  • Gary you mention your etsy site in the video can you please show a link to it at the end of your video next time? I would love to see what you have for sale! thank you for the videos, art tips and especially you! best wishes.

  • Great cards Gary.

  • I loved all your artwork, especially the cat series and the bird art card. Goodluck for the art fair, I hope you get sold out!! cheers! :)

  • I really like the metal pieces as well, but the Art Cards are just great - hopefully people at the art fair will see how nice they would look grouped together!

  • love the cards! I would like to know what support (substrate) you are using? Thanks

  • These are amazing and I love them. I am sorry i missed out on the sale. What is your etsy shop called?

  • Being the research nut...er, enthusiast...that I am, I looked up ATC's and ACEO's out of curiosity. ATC's are traded and ACEO's are sold. They are the same in every other aspect. The Impressionists actually started ATC's and traded them for art materials. You are right not to call yours either since they are both the size of regular playing cards and yours are larger. Besides, Art Cards covers the whole range of possibilities so I like it better. Bottom line...they are all lovely/fabulous!

  • Greetings from Mexico!! hey just a quick hi, and congrats about your work. Listen I've been curious, any news about your Aaron Marino's painting????? could you show us, please, please please hehehe. Take care amigo. Good day.

  • I love all of them too. Especially the rusty metal ones.

  • @cjroelof Thanks your the first to comment on them in this video..so nice to know you like them ;)

  • Oh, I am so loving the cards. Had to pause the vid to go buy one. I would LOVE to have one of those like the one based on the painting. That bird looks sort of like a loon and they are my favorites. Have fun at the art fair.

  • @marybarfield Yeah making more of those bird artworks for sure! Thanks for ur purchase by the way...its in the post this week ;)

  • Luv it all!

  • fabo! hope it all goes well :)

  • @mitsib One can only live in hope Mitsi ;)

  • Hey Gary! I always thought ACEO has to b same size as ATC. I love your work so much. You always inspire me to kick-start something n I'm not surprised ur work sells like hot cakes! U must try ebay too. Good luck for ur upcoming exhibition. Don't forget to show us the setting if u can. Stay blessed:)

  • @Tassycrafty I'm confused as to what is right and wrong with ACEO and ATC's lol i think ill just say Art Cards and be done with it...Im sure someone will put me in my place he he I have to say im not into ebay at all, don't know why. I will definitely film me setting up for the art fair! Thanks for commenting

  • Chance favours the connected mind.

  • I'd love to see how you set up at the art fair. When I don't have wall space I have a rough time displaying my work on a table top. And GOOD LUCK!!

  • @kittyfaerie I am going to be filming my stand and showing you how i set things up! ;) Thanks for the luck

  • Just one thing, Gary, if you are going to sell these as ACEOs... ACEOs and ATCs are 3.5" x 2.5" If you want to sell these, you can of course call them Artist Cards, but not ATC/ACEO because that would just confuse your buyers looking for the tiny cards that can fit into football/baseball card sleeves.

  • @EvelineUK I thought i had done my homework on the difference between Atc's and Aceos. Wiki says An offshoot of Artist Trading Cards are the "Art Cards, Editions and Originals" (ACEO). ACEOs originated when some artists began to create cards to sell, in addition to trading among themselves. I was also told on loving mixed media from the ATC group leader that i should call them ACEO's and not ATC's lol

It is confusing!! On my etsy i have put (art card original after the title).

  • @CapricornArtist73

ATCs and ACEOs are the same cards or the same size anyway. It's just that when you're just swapping them they're called ATCs and when you're selling them you're supposed to call them ACEOs so as not to p. off those who feel these little cards should be swapped only...

Then there's OSWOA; Orignal Small Works of Art, which are 4" x 5". And you thought doing cards was easy! ;) ;)
