Later, investigators showed their same conclusions: A figurine dangled by fishing wire in front of the security camera. It looked very much the same.

You can tell by the movement of the thing that its hanging on a string (circular motion). Due to the distance from the camera to the cars the figure appears as normal size but is nothing more than a hoax. Nice try tho
