I reviewed the DOCKED for the lawsuit. There's over 600 docket number, that's a huge case. The number of attorneys involved is unreal. Unfortunatly corruption is happening in serveral locations. Is that Law Suit on Appeal right now? I couldn't understand form the docket, was there a settlement offer? How could the judge dismiss the false arrest claims and fale imprisonment claims? I also read the initial complaint, 43 pages.
I'm kinda curious as to why the tapes were needed in the first place, whether the courts were informed that the information was still available and if so, what happened. I find this story to be quite interesting.
