I can remember competing against this band back in the late 80's/early 90's at state. You guys continue to look and sound great even after this long. It is a true testament to what hard work can do. I am a graduate of Gregory- Portland HS and competed against you guys in the FINALS from 1988 to 1991.

A good show to end decades of quality 4a marching. It's a shame Mac is stuck in the past and will never take the band to the next level of competition to compete in 5a. Brass sounds great!

so who remembers the first time we marched the show all the way through and we almost died? and jakubas allowed us to lay down on the cement that day. it was one of those perfect weather days too! then we had to march it all again... counting.

haha. i loved it when the announcer asked the dum majors if we were ready, and then some random guy yells, "they're always ready!" (you can kind of hear it at about 29 or 30 seconds into the vid)

that made me smile!

Star of Indiana 1993 show, if I'm correct...or was it 1992? Either way, look it up! This band did great, but nothing can beat a drum corps show, especially Star!

Yeah. We were tiny compared to most of the bands. There were only 3 bands out of 25 that were smaller.

you guys make me proud... all the hard work we put in , in the past..... you guys are upholding the tradition of exellence... you will forever remember and cherish the years you march in dickinson. It really is something special..... I hope you guys go to state again this year!!
