@Terneyah - Correct, the snail is not kosher. The Torah only requires kosher substances for use in ritual objects that contain God's name (like Torah, Mezuza, Teffillin) - please see my article "Mutar Befikha" on the tekhelet dot com website.

I am jewish, but I don't know why you write B''H in the beginning of letters. Can you please tell me?

These English letters stand for the Hebrew words, B'ezrat Hashem, meaning G-D willingly...
The minhag to begin documents with these letters reminds us that only by Hashem's grace are we able to accomplish the task at hand.
