yes it does. The p168c is the newer version of the p168+. it has everything the p168+ and a better layout and more features.

it wont respond in the beginning because another finger is already touchign it up top. Its a touchscreen thing. only 1 object can interact with the screen at a time. so if you had taken the top finger off it would have worked lol. some touchscreens just take the average of the positions ie if there was a mousepointer it would be in the middle of both fingers. hope that helps XD
