Why does it say on the wintergreen Jakobbsons box that it can cause mouth cancer? That cant be true, Its a myth for what I know. Scientists have proven that snus cant cause mouth cancer, It may only be bad for the health nothing else.

@kringkingen That warning is there because of the FDA rules in America. We all know that snus is safe. Those warnings are bullshit but its a requirement by law in America. So if Swedish Snus is sold in America it has to have those warnings.

Thanks, this review made me decide to try this Snus and I do enjoy it. It is sweet but if you are used to Camel or Marlboro it is not as sweet as they are. I like to rotate this with Thunder Frosted ES and (I know everyone will think I am crazy) Camel Winterchill when I just want flavor not nicotine.

I would love to try that snus. The only wintergreen I've tried is Offroad Wintergreen, which is so awesome! I'm not sure about what strength it is, but I love it. My top 5 snuses:

5: General White

4: General Sterk White

3: General Extra Sterk

2: 02 Strong portion, long

1: Offroad Wintergreen portion

Where is the 01 and 02 review you were suppose to do? I've been curious about that brand, but I don't want to try it before I've heard what Snusify says about it. OK Snusify, I've asked many many people about snus before and never got a straight answer, but you're the snus man here on youtube so I'll ask you...I've been chewing moist snuff for about 3 years and I really don't enjoy "guttin" it. Will snus give you the same sick feeling if you swallow some of the juice thats created from it? Keepin spit cups around can be a pain...look forward to hearing from you, love the vids and keep em coming!

Maybe it is me but did you say that röda lacket is the oldest? I belive ettan is.

It is pretty cool to watch all those clips about snus from americans, brittans etc..but one thing i notice that non of you really talk about is that your gums will(not maybe they will) go up or get back, dont relly know how to explain it. Also your gum will kind of crack. One more thing is that you will get what we in sweden call "snusgrop", a "snushole" it means that you can put your snus higher up to your eyes.

@fenderpaman16 no sure where redseal originated. but the brand name belongs to US smokeless, so its the same name but not the same tobacco. The redseal in the early 1900's was snus, aversion of 'roda lackett'. The redseal available today is just regular long cut dip.

@SuperSnuser General Ekstra Sterk is strong I find with that snus I have to keep it off my gumline. So smaller prillas. Also switch around the position in your mouth where you use the snus.

As a Swedish snuser, I have never tried wintergreen, so just a few minutes ago I ordered 2 cans of Jakobssons Wintergreen, for a acceptable price, after all, here in Sweden the prices are ok, and no need for shipping/taxes, In other words - the final price of my order from Northerner came out a bit more expensive than I´ve thought because of the taxes, but I´m ok, after all this brand Isn´t available in stores here yet. I barely can´t wait for my order and to try this one out...

@TheJR Wintergreen is a flavour that you love or hate I think. Most people really love or not much at all. It has a medicinal mouthwash type of flavour. wintergreen is used in toothpaste and mouthwash. I remember getting wintergreen flavoured gum as a kid.

Wow...I ordered a 10 pack of this on Thursday from Getsnus.com, which Northener now owns, and boy am I excited. It is winding up costing me $42.16. That is an $11 dollar increase. Most of which is due to not being able to use the postal service for shipping anymore. Oddly enough, Jakobsson's is cheaper for some weird reason. General WG is going to cost me $48 a roll now. So i am now really excited Tim. Thanks for this review.

General Wintergreen is my favorite wintergreen. I've tried Jakobssons, and while it was good, I don't like a super-strong buzz. I prefer the mellower feeling of General. Accurate review of the flavor and buzz, though. Jakobssons kicked my ass the first time I had it.

Jakobssons Wintergreen is damn good. I like it way better than General Wintergreen.

Only problem I have is for some odd reason I cant taste the wintergreen that much any more just the sweetness. Never had an American wintergreen. Thinking about trying some though.
