Erm dude, I can max out Crysis at around 40 FPS. Im pretty damn Sure I can run H3 with my BFG Nvidia 9800GT OC2. Welll... if it WAS on PC. You do realize that the 360 does have less Graphics capabilities than a modern computer, seeing as how it was made 4 ish years ago.
