so many years of research and doctors still cant finde a cure for autoimmune diseases..makes you lose faith in medicine all in all...of course conventional medicine doesnt have any drugs that are curative..no wonder everyone suffering from autoimmune diseases seeks alternative treatments
My dad was just diagnosed with MS and I am showing signs of it now. I am only 25 years old and getting married in December. Please pray that everything turns out ok. Thank you!
My name is Alok Kumar. And I am a homeopath. I would likr to tell you that this disease is treateable with homeopathy. I would advice you to try homeopathy. my email is kumar.mussche@gmail.com
@ paolajm12 : MS is considered a neurological autoimmune disease and doctors are unsure on what causes it. The most current theory is that MS is an autoimmune disease is triggered by some environmental agent most likely viral in nature in genetically susceptible people. There is no known cause or cure for MS at this point.
i have numbness in both of my legs. Sometimes it is very rare but i feel a burning sensation in one of my legs. My leg muscles twitch various times a day. The only weird thing is that my feet don't feel numb. I am extremely scared about these feelings. I AM ONLY 15 YEARS OLD. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY SERIOUS INJURIES OR ANY TYPE OF INJURIES OR SURGERIES AT ALL. I WENT TO GET CHECKED IN FEBRUARY AND THE DOC SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE. I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO NOW.
My partner of 9 years left me when I was diagnosed. Thank goodness for that! :-) I can get on with my life, explore, go to clubs until 3am with supportive friends! And get chatted up by guys 10 years younger than me. I think of this as a happy liberation! Do what you want when you want Enjoy yourself! :-)
I laughed out loud hen I read the first sentence of your post! I have MS and if it does one thing it makes you grab life by the short and curly's! I hope you are doing great and living live to the full still, yours A perfect stranger :)
One reason is because in the early stages of MS, the myelin can repair itself. After time, the myelin stops repairing and that is when there is a steady progression of whatever the symptoms are in that particular person.
I see you left this question months ago, but it looks like you may not have gotten an answer. I am not a doctor, but I have MS.
