  • Awesome video and excellent flow. Keep it up and cant wait to see more.

  • For all you penises that say women cant practice parkour, look up Tempest you will see that they can practice parkour. Also Monia Moula. Look it up and maybe you might learn something.

  • She must make good sandwiches .

  • Don't judge a traceur on the way she/he moves, but on the attitude she/he has. Someone with very good skills might not be a good traceur, because being a traceur means you know how and WHEN to act to be useful. Do your research folks!

  • Guys please dont judge all traceuse by this video, what Kat, a mexican freerunner and you will see what i mean watch?v=yu5pNwiKbRA

  • for girls is more difficult to train parkour because of the strenght that it need.... but... we can be more light and fluent easily =)

    very good video.. and trauceuse!

  • @suhformaggino Balance and flexibility too. In my case at least I am very flexible and adapt and do moves that make the guys scratch their heads because to them it seems utterly impossible. ;)

  • @AmazonPK

I'm not so flexible... unfortunately in my group there is a guy who is more flexible than me ç__ç but.... I'm very good in balance.. I have my strength too ;D

  • women can do parkour they just have difficulty getting over ledges that require them to lift thier body, if they work out and get more muscular strength they can be as good as men

  • Women that do Parkour make it look beautiful.

  • Sure, girls can do parkour no doubt but it takes much more training because as you must all know parkour takes incredible upper body strength. I'm not saying females don't have that but it comes naturally for all males. Call me sexist, but it's a fact of life.

  • @Sampson712

you don't have to apologise for facts. we can take that.

  • her movements doesnt really impress me... when shes in the middle of the flow its alrigth but whenever she kinda runs, wallclimb or something like that, it looks like if she were afraid of breaking a nail...

  • i like the movement. it was very quick and fluent

  • superbly fluid movement. parkour girl are HOT. great video

  • i always thought that parkour was easy, now i know, even a female can do it...

  • got some nice flow starting there.

  • go girls!

  • your quadflow movement are great:)awesome

  • lol she likes the poles

  • Beautiful fluid motion. So inspiring!

  • I feel like lots of people are saying that it is a different experience to watch women do parkour because they usually move differently than guys do. It could be because they have a different center of gravity or many other things. Either way, im sure that they dont mean it as a bad thing, its just different/new.

  • @AfroPK

    I don't know...

It looks to me like women just don't have the strength that you see in a lot of good male tracuers. For example, look at all of her climb ups, they seem comparable to some guys first videos, and she's trained for years.

Not being sexest, it is just a fact that women aren't as strong as men, and parkour really shows that difference.

  • @Killalot2012 Maybe... in some cases women are weaker than man, but not allways. Also, the strengh you need in parkour depends on your weight, and women are usually thiner than men. Its also known that women are more flexible than men, an important characteristic of a traceur or traceuse. I think the most difficult barriers to overcome in parkour are the psychological, not the physical.

  • @alejjjano

I agree, there are great women free runners, like the one on team tempest, ( I can't remember her name,) but even so, you can obviously see the different form she has caused by not necessarily weakness, but not as capable muscles. I'm not saying women can't be strong, but I know a man whose high school men's relay team was able to beat the Olympic women's team.

Women can be good, but don't have the same genetic makeup as men, and can't ever be quite as strong as men.

  • @alejjjano

And don't get me wrong, Agota's quick underbars and practiced turns are great, and they really build on her strengths, but overall, she could stand to improve all her other stuff. (but who can't?)

  • Tasty flow at :47 ish

  • you got some cool places good vid too

  • good flow indeed!bad strength and precisions though. 0:30 is ridiculous.

  • nice flow and nice moves ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

  • LOL! I just found out that Agota is Forrest's wife. I never realized that. I guess that could be why Forrest is training her. ^.^

  • Wow! This is very inspiring to me as I am currently conditioning myself for PK. Awesome... Wish I could be specially trained by Forrest too.

  • @ mateoroso, i wish your grammar was 100 times better

  • Then why are you indoors whenn you should be out practising to become better, sorry but Agota kicks your arse any day...

  • Good stuff. Very elegant movements

  • i guess girls are better at going Under the rails..PKGenerations have awesome training videos which are better than #run i guess they are freerunning and these guys are Parkour from wat the name suggests but i don't understand the difference..ohh well .5/5

  • Nice to see a Parkour fueled video for a change =D

Parkour Generations never let you down on that (Y).

    Parkour Generations = WIN

    compared to Urban Freeflow xD

  • I totally agree!

  • Great.....Beautiful places on parkour......

  • I seen and commented on Agota's video almost a year ago, and just watched it again today.

Still a very impressive video from a strong, confident, creative, fluid Traceuse.

    Z

  • nice work really i like it

    5*

  • she demonstrated that even girls can do it verry well nice job keep on training

  • yeah! good traceuce!

    good and fast movements

congratulations for your trainning results agota :)

    PFPK Mexico

  • its nice to see the opposit sex doing parkour. Its kinda wierd though.

  • her moves are so smooth

    lols

  • nice spots

  • You're very skilled but there's too much winding about in poles... maybe focus on more precision moves and A to B training? You're very very good though!

  • nice

    fast and delicated

  • That had alot of flow!!! props!

  • pues no es para tanto

  • for some reason it really looks weird when girls do parkour, it's like... awkward watching them.

  • why?

  • Yeah why is that? I mean the only bit I thought looked awkward was one of the muscle ups on top of a wall. everything else looked much smoother, and flowed much more easily than alot of male tracuer's I've seen.

    She's a damn-sight better than me that's for sure.

  • oh I totally agree the only reason why I think it looks weird is because of their bodies... they have such different shapes of bodies that it just makes it look so strange to me. I still think women are cool! lol

  • it looks so different when women do parkour. i love it!

  • very nice keep it

  • Nice flow and good combinations.

    I like your underbars! :)

  • wow..... you have a very good constance and precition!!! XDD

  • Felisitaciones... muy buen parkour.... 100x100 parkour...

  • very nais flow

  • not bad. pretty fluid movements.

  • Haha brilleint video, wasn't expecting as much skill and fluiditivity (word?)

I take it you will be at the august the 9th jam in london?

Me and a few 'pro mates' will be there and hope to see you

Work on those precision jumps though!

  • whow! really nice skills! awesomes underbars! and she have a nice triceps, in the cat balance I can see good definition on her arms =)

  • Hi Good Video !!

Keep it Up & Good luck for the futur !!!

  • Fantastic video! Look forward to see more.

Finally a lady who is doing parkour and shows the world it is so much more than just big jumps! Great great great, love it.

  • VMEV you are probabely one of those guys who sit in the office watching youtube all day.

This video is beatiful and motivating.

    She is stiff? right.

most of the guys who train for one year are half as good as she is. why don`t you show us what you can do?

Brilliant video, very very interesting moves and very creative.

  • lol, if you know so much about parkour, you would know that it is about doing what she does, not HOW she does it, being stiff, not being able to run, is all things she can work on.

    hardly worth your pathetic comments.

  • I guess you don`t have any idea what Parkour is about. This video is fluid, efficient, very stylish moves and most of them it shows that parkour is not just big jumps but moves just like she does it.

I personally loved it 10 points and hope that more will come.

It has already motivated a few girls around me to start with Parkour and I hope it will encourage more.

Great video with a great traceuse!

  • oi shes not 2 slow at all

    it was an amazing video

u probalbly dont know shit about parkour

and if u did u would know it isnt about how good you are anyway

its about being efficient and she was very efficient

and she had alot of skill

shes better than me and iv been training since i was 11

    now im 14

ur probz just saying this shit coz shes a chick u sexist dickface

  • Very stylish!

  • ooh ke maja

  • dear forrest, julie angel shoot better =)

  • She's good

don't know about ne1 else but i think she might need to lay out her moves better

with more training though she can be great

  • great show!

  • Brilliant show love. You have ammazing fluidity and precision. I can't wait to see your next video. 5 stars

  • No, it's you that shouldn't do it, for being a male chauvnistic pig... You don't deserve to be able to practice parkour, and I am pretty sure you don't. Not true parkour, you might do some to look flashy but if you truly train parkour properlythen you wouldn't say things like that...

    I'm dissapointed....

  • Ouch... she was pretty good tbh, maybe not the best, but then neither am I nor you... Stop dissing these people, they're still training hard and getting better. If you actually do parkour Im sure there was a time when you were worse than her.

How about giving friendly critiscism, like maybe trying to pop more of the wall when pulling herself up? rather than just saying "that was crap" hm?

    what you think?

  • I can just imagine this is forrests sort of music, then I see it is edited by him....

Great video. Pretty fluid and pretty creative.

    Grant

  • Nice flow, keep it up

    hugs from Brasil

    Tof from France.

  • the song?

    please

  • Thats not good but not bad

  • I've gotta say, I wasn't bad, But I've seen better xD

  • nothing special tbh :x

  • 00:50

    great fluidity

    nice

  • She should train more on climbing obstacles...those Passe muraille where quite weak....4 stars

  • all she does is go in and out of poles

  • that was sum bullshit

  • i think she is a awesome traceuse she has great fluidity in her movements

  • was that carrot top....

  • lol

  • I am not impressed.

  • fluid. right on girl!

  • la wea fea....

    ningun brillo el video culiao

  • yea but shes got a nice butt =D

  • Not true at all. Look at how fluid her movements are. It takes talent and athleticism to be able to move that gracefully.

  • Estas bien tronca!!

  • you are one of the best traceuses i've ever seen, absoully your determination seem to be in every movement. greetings from colombia. isa.

  • But not tracuers...

  • booooomoooo woman boom genial , trainig ok

    congratulations..

  • wow, i can notice a lot of evolution, i only saw her once on the Rendesvous 2, but comparing to this video, i can tell she's been training hard.

Nice Kodak moment in the end lool

    keep up!!!!

  • Ahah, sorry for that :P

  • *laughs* you're grand. no problem. ^^

It's amazing how many people are commenting on this video saying girls cant do parkour. It' s just a tad childish perhaps, but i suppose they mightn't have had much experience with women, to know otherwise. ;)

  • Good stuff

    train safe

    peace

  • Actually, he's not wrong. But it does not matter at all. Nice movement :) There was one straight drop which looked a bit too big for your legs, but other than that, that was superb. Keep training :)

  • He? *laughs* I'm a girl hon. But thank you anyway.

  • Hahaha! Way to go girl!!!

  • Isnt parkour supposed to be about getting around or over obstacles in the most efficient way possible, as a means to escape an attacker or reach an injured person? This just looks like free running to me.

  • ..and you're wrong.

    :|

  • *smacks forehead*

  • nice work!

    keep it up

  • Nice rail work.

  • This could quite possibly be one of the best female parkour videos my eyes have viewed.

  • Great work! Plenty of creativity and a certain confidence in your movements that allow you to move with plenty of speed. Keep training hard!

    *B*

  • blimey, I remember seeing her before but I don't remember her moving like this, awesome!

  • Very fluid and creative in your execution Agota!

    Great Clip!

    Zeno

  • Awesome vid

  • Great stuff.

  • great movement loved the underbars working.
