You might like some of my French clips about nuisance neighbors, such as TAPPAGE. Type my name, Lisa Falour, to find them. I had a badly haunted apt in NYC for years and the downstairs neighbors took me to court for walking around all day in high heels, though I lived alone then, was careful to wear slippers at home, and bought thick rugs with padding. People who slept over or sublet also heard this, and I eventually did see a ghost there right before I left. It was a great apt tho!

I got the same thing going on - literally right as I am typing this. It will go on for over an hour until it falls down the stairs or hits a wall and starts crying. People just don't have any respect for anyone else. I don't understand how the whole family is constantly moving they never stop just back and forth back and forth. I have often wondered what they can be doing and the only logical explanation I can come up with is they are practicing for WWE wrestling. Hopefully they are gone by now!

i can hear the cute little scream but in that situation thats just lame. gotta have some consideration for people below you. i feel for you, i think in a prolonged running stage like that would have been an excellent time to just say "im sorry to bother you, the running is really loud for me.". i used to have to deal with that, then we changed our uhh... standards i guess you can say.

I suffer the same thing, impact noise. Its like water torture, you've got to move to save your sanity or you'll buy a gun and spend the rest of your life in prison. I'd rather live in a caravan than listen to that all the time. save yourself now!

I am going through the same bullshit with all my neighbors. The woman across the hall has a little girl who constantly runs in the apartment. She never tells her to sit down. My poorly converted apartment building is cheaply done with paper thin walls. Her teenage son blasts music in the bathroom and the upstairs neighbors stomp and drop heavy stuff on the non insulated floors. I wish I had a house.

THIS is why families with children should try to live in ground apartments OR PUT SOME CARPET DOWN and stop your spawn from running around. That's what parks are for!

Oh God. When our annoying neighbour isn't doing DIY, they're kid is screaming and running just like that! If it's night, it usually has a few crying fits at like 1 - 4am. I hate neighbours :|
