That particular PCB in not on a key chain but is in a drum machine I built using a sequencer I designed and drum sound generators from electronic toy drums I found at a thrift store. I may eventually put a video up of it.
This board was small enough to eyeball it, but on larger boards I drill two pilot holes on opposite edges of the board., then I press a pin through the corresponding pads and line everything up with the pin through the pinholes and the pilot holes. Once everything lines up I remove the pin and apply heat.
