Apparently instead of shedding the bloody layer of the endometrium, some animals reabsorb the contents back into their own bodies. It's a pity humans don't do this because it would be a significant evolutionary advantage (not dropping in iron levels, etc) as well as costing less money! On the other hand, the menstrual cycle would be more difficult to monitor first hand.

u guys probably try midol which the front of the box is blue ... try midol with front of the box colored purple .. it help way better then the blue one ... i use to get horrible cramps n with the blue box one didn't work .. and now im trying the purple one and it help way faster

Getting your tubes tied doesn't stop you having periods, either. Like the pill, it just stops you from releasing an egg. I don't know of any medication or procedures that do actually stop you menstruating, unfortunately.

What if you get in a situation where those fake hormones won't be available to you? Why would you want to put yourself in that situation? You know the world is not as predictable as you might think. Things like hormones could get very expensive or simply unavailable one day.

Just eat one meal a day and spend 20hrs out of 24, drinking and eating nothing everyday. Make that one meal really nutritious dense (not calories). Trust me it works.
