I don't get the stroyline...sam had sex with a woman and the woman died leaving him the child to take care of or...? can anybody please explain it to me?

But this would have been just as fine without and mae it just as lovely as it went in th end there. <3 And I also think there must be a handfull of babywinchesters out there I mean COME oN right. Dean most likely hahaaa. But Sam the last year too who knows.
