You should accept someone's NAME for who they are. I don't understand what the problem is with names? Texas has a large Hispanic and White Population. The literacy and education rate in Texas is very low so obviously they'll have problems dealing with Asian Names.....well many have issues with EUROPEAN NAMES....and Alexander Stephen Bryce Donahue....(ENGLISH/IRISH) name is pretty long. So it shoots down the theory again..that english names are easy..

If there is ANY NAMES that mass copy produce ....its english and spanish names.....so really this idea to make it easier....is ridiculous. Korean Names are very rare to be identical in America (there are not enough asians to cause this in American Voting Elections.) government workers just want a easier job making MORE than the average person so they can leave work early.

Instead these asians should have to pass a english exam that is comprehensive. Not knowing a language is the BARRIER
