I for one am grateful for the fact that he confronted Kerry in public with them, even if they were only going to get a dismissive response from the speaker. That very non-response, his inter-related questions and the harsh put-down he received in view of everyone helped to raise our awareness, despite efforts of the army of feckless stooges both here & in mass-media.

I know that there are people who are concerned police officers. However, isn't it true/obvious that the institution itself is ultimately concerned with its own much more than protecting people or ideals? Herd intelligence, or maybe herd integrity, is the problem. Add to that job security, family pressures, debt...and it becomes a question of survival within the group for the police officer more than anything. The police are often grunts for bad policy, and they perform.

1) you can't be arrested unless the police tell you what your being arrested for and i idnd't hear it

3) he dind't do either of the charges listed until after they arrested him or were arresting him

I do not agree that it's a forgone conclusion he would've freaked out if the Cops had done the removal properly, simply saying; "Sir we must ask you to walk with us out of this auditorium".
