If you go to settings, and press * than youll go to the diagnostics menu, the password is all 0's. In this menu you can change alot of stuff, like deleting the presaved wallpapers etc etc.

If there is something technically wrong with the phone you can exchange it if you bought a warranty plan. But xD I bought the 1stGen Chocolate (PIECE OF CRAP) and it kept breaking so many times that I "ran out of insurance" so they just let me buy a Krzr (very nice too) unfortunately I had to pay full price so I didnt get a contract deal. Full price for a Krzr at the time wasnt very expensive so I was willing but a Dare is pretty expensive :\.

the voyager is too big. i just got the glyde with the update and i haven't had problems with the touchscreen except when i try to preview or buy a ring tone or stuff like that. eventually you'll get it but it takes a while.
