  • beautiful bro

  • drop, chop, drop, chop, drop, aw! adarqui - "I'm a beautiful monster!"

  • haha DROP! nanana DROP! haha... DROP!

  • @R2FUK : drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrOP -- beastie boys.

  • Nice depth drops, I just saw the link to here from WGF, looks like your intentionally landing on the balls of you feet? I had always tended to land flat footed, but can't wait to get back to these, nice vid keep up the good work.

  • @StrengthShop : thanks man.. too bad CK/WGF doesn't post more on WGF.

ya i land intentionally on the balls of my feet, really strengthens me up in that position in the plant when im starting to push off, very specific.

peace man, bout to ul a dunk mix on my other channel.

    cya

  • Huh, I used to do these when I was in elementary school ;)

    beautiful depth drops though lol

  • Fuck... one day your knee will blow up... that's not a good way to land at all... the knee is not balanced at all when you're on the toes (WTF?)

I mean, I understand what you're trying to achieve with it but I think there are better ways (think single leg bounds).

  • @Raptorel : what? hehe.. when you land in that position, the muscles stabilize the knees.

  • @adarqui I'd never do what you're doing in this video.

  • @Raptorel : why? i dont feel it at all in my knees heh..

  • @adarqui I can't believe that.

  • @Raptorel : wtf heh...

  • looked too easy

  • @nba8340 : ya.. was surprised by how good i handled a new height right off the bat.. my glutes/hams are toast though today, and my right middle toe exploded due to the pressure of the landing, hurts like a SOB hah.

  • @adarqui for the landing is it important to hold it for a couple secs to absorb all the force or can you just land in the proper positioon for a sec and then go to the next rep, like i thought you are supposed to maintain the position for a couple secs

  • @nba8340 : i'm too hyper to pause for 3 seconds or so.. regardless, as long as you stick the landing for a brief moment, you've created ground reaction forces needed to stabilize the landing.. so holding it for 3-5 seconds is not needed IMO.

    peace man

  • lol did you do like 1000? nice job

  • @LanceSTS : thanks.. 3x10 :)
